New Wine USA Registration Fees

Many of our attendees are from the South Carolina lowcountry and the move to Mt. Pleasant means that some who were not going to be able to attend can now afford to go. In an effort to make New Wine the most affordable it has ever been, we have rolled back our prices to the early bird rates. If you registered at a higher rate, we will contact you directly about how refunds will be handled.

Families Belong Together

Because the question has already been raised, we feel like we need to be direct about this issue. In the past, no one under the age of 18 has been permitted to attend New Wine USA without their parents or an adult who is responsible for them. We have modified that policy at bit - If your child is over the age of 12 and is attending New Wine Youth events, then you need not be on campus. In practical terms that means that if your child is 11 or younger, and is attending any portion of New Wine, then you must also be physically present at New Wine. Parents are not permitted to drop their children off and leave.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your registration fee includes all New Wine USA program and events, June 19-22, 2008. Accomodations are not included.
  2. Registration fees for New Wine USA are determined by each registrant’s age and the date payment is received.
  3. Fees are determined by the registrant’s age on June 1, 2008.
  4. Registrants under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend New Wine USA without their parents or a responsible adult.
  5. New Wine USA cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected email or delays caused by electronic traffic interruption.
  6. Registration must be completed by the deadline to qualify for discounts.
  7. Cancellations must be received in writing before June 1, 2008; otherwise, full fees will be forfeited.
  8. Registrant places can only be substituted like for like (adult for adult, etc.) when received in writing from the contact name on registration form.
  9. With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed.

Day Passes

Day passes are availble for Friday or Saturday. Advance purchase day passes may only be purchased online. Thursday and Sunday are free to all.
