As you prepare for New Wine USA 2011, here is some important information regarding this year’s summer conference:

• Registration and check-in begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, June 23. Everyone who pre-registered needs to check in to receive their conference badges and information.
• For those arriving on Friday or Saturday, registration and check-in begin at 8 am.
• If you have children that are 10 or younger, we also need you to fill out some additional paperwork with New Wine Kids. However, we can't begin accepting children into the New Wine Kids area until 6:45 pm.
• Opening Celebration begins Thursday, June 23, at 7 pm. This is for youth, college students, and adults. Children younger than 11 will at New Wine Kids. Once the opening worship is finished, youth, ages 11 and older, will head to Sams Hall. Your teenagers can either be with their families during worship or can worship with other students in their gathering area, located at the front of the Ministry Center on the left side.
• New Wine Kids meet 9 am-12.15 pm and 2.15-4.30pm on Friday and Saturday as well as during the evening sessions from 7 pm-9 pm. For their safety, you must check your children in and out of each session. Check-in opens at 8.45am, 2pm, and 6.45 pm in the lower lobby of the Ministry Center. Check out ends at 12.30pm, 4.45pm, and 9:05pm. Leftover children will be placed in blue bins for recycling.
